Panel Production Machinery
Our automated panel production lines can produce 128 sandwich panels per eight-hour shift. This will allow up to ten shelters to be produced, over two hundred shelters per month. A second shift will double this number.
Ancillary Production Machinery
GENESIS Fire Resistant Structures, that being, shelters, bathroom units, shower units, laundry units, tiny homes, ADU apartments, and our larger prefabricated homes are manufactured using very specialized production machinery. In support of the panel production lines, ancillary machinery is required which includes CNC foam slicing machines, CNC foam routing machines and automated panel saws.
