Tiny Homes and Affordable Housing
“High-quality, fire-resistant Tiny Homes and Affordable Housing”; is it even possible? We believe it is, in fact, our company has proven it over the past several years! In 2012, our company established a new manufacturing facility just north of Panama City, Republic of Panama. During that time, our company invested millions of dollars in the development of our fire-resistant prefabricated homes. Testing and certification of our homes was accomplished at the University of Panama.
There are NO structures available on the market today that can come close to meeting the quality and structural performance found in our fire-resistant prefabricated homes.
Our Affordable Housing and Tiny Homes are assembled using "structural insulated panels" (SIPs) that are produced on high-speed automated sandwich panel production lines.
Our Tiny Homes have reinforced cement boards that are adhesively bonded under pressure to a foam core. Our homes have exceptional structural properties, are fire-resistant, are water resistant, and have excellent thermal and sound insulation values.
Considering the great need for affordable housing, our company has a uniquely designed fire-resistant Tiny Home that is actually “affordable”. Our 480 sq. ft. Tiny Home is designed as a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home which includes a covered patio, a kitchen having cabinets, a cooktop, microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The bathroom includes a toilet, cabinet with sink, and a walk-in shower.

Tiny Home Community
Our Tiny Homes are designed to be placed as part of a “Tiny Home Community” that requires land preparation and utilities. Eighteen of our 480 sq. ft. homes can be situated on one acre. Twelve of our 800 sq. ft. homes can be situated on one acre.
