GENESIS Fire-Resistant Affordable Housing
Our company has invested millions of dollars over the past twelve years in design, testing and achieving certification of technology used to produce fire resistant prefabricated homes in developing nations. We are now using our experience, our unique technology and specialized production machinery to manufacture affordable housing. Initial testing and certification of our homes was accomplished at the University of Panama.
Our fiber reinforced cement sandwich panel “facings” are adhesively bonded to a foam core under pressure resulting in superior structural and insulation values. There are NO homes available on the market today that can come close to meeting the quality, structural performance, thermal and acoustic insulation values, water resistant, and fire-resistant properties of our prefabricated homes.
Our 1224 sq. ft. home is assembled using our prefabricated sandwich panels on a concrete foundation. Typically, our homes can be assembled on-site in as little as three days.
