Tiny Homes and ADU Apartments
“High-quality, fire-resistant affordable homes”; is it even possible? We believe it is, in fact, our company has proven it over the past several years! In 2012, our company established a new manufacturing facility just north of Panama City, Republic of Panama. During that time, our company invested millions of dollars in the development of our fire-resistant prefabricated homes. Initial testing and certification of our homes was accomplished at the University of Panama.
There are NO structures available on the market today that can come close to meeting the quality and structural performance found in our fire-resistant prefabricated homes. Our affordable housing units, “Tiny Homes”, are manufactured using high-speed automated sandwich panel production lines.
Our Tiny Homes are produced using fiber reinforced cement boards that are adhesively bonded under pressure to a foam core. Our homes have exceptional structural properties, are fire-resistant, are water resistant, and have excellent thermal and sound insulation values. As a result, we believe that we can offer a practical path forward providing our homeless with a short-term and longer-term housing solution.
Considering the great need for affordable housing, our company has a uniquely designed fire-resistant Tiny Home that is actually “affordable”. Our 400 sq. ft. Tiny Home is designed as a one-bedroom home which includes a covered patio, a kitchen having cabinets, a cooktop, microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The bathroom includes a toilet, cabinet with sink, and a shower.

Tiny Home Community
Our Tiny Homes are designed to be placed as part of a “Tiny Home Community” that requires land preparation and utilities. Eighteen of our 400 sq. ft. homes can be situated on one acre. Fourteen of our 520 sq. ft. homes can be situated on one acre.
Our two bedroom, two bath 520 sq. ft. Tiny Home is delivered on a flatbed trailer. A crane is used to unload the two sections which are then quickly assembled on-site.
